Please note that updates from Keck are delayed, and the Keck instrument list shown in ProMS may not be up to date. Please refer to Subaru/Keck Time Exchange website for the latest information. If the instrument you wish to use is not listed on the webform, select 'Others' and enter the instrument name in the comments. Rapid ToO selection buttons are added to Subaru, Subaru+Gemini, Subaru+Keck and Gemini programs. (26B004) Abstract description is required for a service program. (26B005) Added PDF margin and page size checks to the Scientific Justification.(26B006). If you do not receive a confirmation mail, check your spam folder or click on the CoI info/ pdf & tex button to ensure your proposal has been submitted properly.
